20xx年9月，刚刚从学校毕业来到我校成为一名教师，当第一次走进教室时学生们脸上那种松了口气的表情，可能是老师严肃的表情看太多了吧，换了一个新来的老师他们都觉得很放松吧，但是一进学校就听到许多诸如课堂混乱，学生不听话，甚至故意与老师作对这种恐怖故事，心里便默念着，要给他们一个下马威。于是，在我教书生涯的第一个学期，发怒成了我生活中出现得最多的动作。课堂上有人不专心，没完成作业这些都会引起我的发怒。于是我会在课堂上大声呵斥犯错的学生，只因为觉得这样做会在全班起到震慑作用，却没有去想这个学生会有怎样的感受。也忽略了同样坐在教室中其他的那些满怀期待等老师讲授下一课，他们很好奇的内容的学生。
其实，每一个孩子都是可爱的，虽然他们有的可能学习成绩有些差强人意，但他有可能是运动会上的冠军，是劳动中的能手，是他主动送生病的同学去医务室，谁能说他不是个好孩子，又有谁是完美的呢？
无意中我读到了一个故事，故事说古代有位老禅师，一日晚上看见墙角边有一张椅子，是哪位出家人违犯寺规越墙出去遛达了。老禅师也不声张，走到墙边，移开椅子，就地而蹲。少顷，果真有一小和尚翻墙，黑暗中踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他发觉刚才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的师傅时，惊慌失措，张口结舌。但师傅并没有厉声责备他，只是以平静的语调说：“夜深天凉，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打动了我，孩子们对老师是宽容的，只要你对他们付出过爱心，那么你曾经对他们的冷言冷语，暴跳如雷，他们都可以原谅。他们崇拜你、爱你。我又常常想，老师也应该对学生宽容再宽容一些，芸芸众生，各有所长，各有所短，可能他们经常无法克制自己的言行，无法很好地完成学习任务，不一定有辉煌的未来，可是谁说一个平凡的人就比谁低人一等呢？像故事中的那个老和尚，就清楚地知道，宽容是一种无声的教育。虽然书本知识的灌输是很重要的`，但是给学生营造一个宽容的学习环境，在鼓励学生的人格力量的成长上，个性张扬的发展上，是有利得多的。整体的社会潮流、教育氛围和工作生活压力，有时候让我们教师偏离了方向。
这段故事使我更深的领悟到“爱”是连接师生心灵的桥梁，作为教育活动的主体，我们必须有一颗爱心，只有热爱学生，设身处地的理解学生，帮助学生，才会从各方面了解清楚学生的情况，才能使学生积极、主动的去接受教育。当然，通过交流也会促使教师更加努力的工作，并从中体会到一种特殊的“幸福”。在教育教学中，我深深的感受到“教育爱”的重要与伟大。

Secondly, we should make class meaningful and creative. In class, we can use the short and simple sentence, use the body language to communicate with students .We should give students clear purpose and offer them opportunities to try, to create and allow them to fail. Make sure the class relaxing and interactive, be familiar to the feeling of English language.

一、重视孩子非智力因素的培养
心理学家研究表明，在人们的学习和事业成功的道路上，非智力因素往往起着更大的作用。因此，我们要让孩子具有良好的心理素质和个性品质，来促进孩子的学习。经常有这样的现象：有的学生智力平平，但是他靠自己的勤奋和毅力取得了优异的成绩;也有的学生头脑灵活，思维敏捷，但是学习上缺乏应有的习惯，三天打鱼，两天晒网，最终收获甚微。可见，兴趣、情感和毅力等非智力因素在学生的学习中起着更为重要的作用。我们家长要认识到这一点，就没有必要去埋怨孩子笨，也没有必要为自己孩子的智商高而沾沾自喜。你要了解自己孩子的习性，在日常生活中多关心一下他的学习情况，特别是他学习上困难和烦恼，多鼓励他，多督促他，多帮助他，让他感觉到学习英语是很重要的，有那么多人在关注着他，从而增强他的学习责任感，并把这种意识转化为学习的兴趣和动力，促使他一步一步的向前，等他有了进步，尝到了成功的喜悦，那时他的学习自觉性就会大大提高了。一句话，不管是哪一类的学生，说到学习，就离不开一个“勤”字。
二、重视良好的.学习习惯的培养
习惯的力量是一种巨大而持久的力量，许多重要的事情正是靠习惯的力量去完成的。联合国教科文组织在“学会生存”一书中指出：在未来社会里，文盲将不是不识字的人，而是那些不懂得学习方法、不会自行更新知识的人，家长希望自己的子女在未来的社会中长大成才，不可不注意对他们进行学习方法的指导，和学习习惯的养成。
(1)让孩子多听录音
在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，是以往英语教学中的问题所在，是现代儿童英语教学中要全力改进的。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，习惯听原声带，注意听正确的语音、语调和语气，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，这样做，可以弥补一些因我们英语老师语音不够纯正的不足。多听、多说可以让孩子尽快达到“脱口而出”、“出口成句”，哪怕是一两个词代表的句子，因为句子是语言的最小单位。再有，如汉语中有“四声”的特点一样，英语中有长音、短音和双元音等不同于汉语的发音要求，要注意学和正确发好，否则谈不上学到地道的英语。
(2)让孩子大声说英语
家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误，还有利于培养大胆、开朗、自信的良好个性。
(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常用语，等到用的时候就可以脱口而出。但是在背诵过程中要讲究方法，不可操之过急，要注意分散和集中相结合。我们一般一单元要花两个星期时间来教，第一个星期重点背诵单词，按教学进度熟读所教课文;第二个星期重点背诵课文，可以分段背诵，等快教完的时候，再把课文串起来背，这样可以降低一点难度，让学生背得轻松些。但是在检查过程中，我们发现有一部分学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意思时，他却一问三不知。所以，我们在背诵过程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基础上达到背诵的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和句型，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。
单词亦是如此，分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是可取的方法。有时，我们回家作业布置抄写单词，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单词。一般，每次的单词量为5个左右，方便学生记忆。但是在日常学习中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学习处于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学习，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。
三、创造良好的家庭环境
(1)良好的物质条件
这一点是不难做到的。即：让还孩子有自己的学习场所，没有单独房间的，要给他隔出一个“学习角”，放有书架、录音机等用具。
(2)营造良好的学习气氛
这比良好的物质条件还要重要，直接影响孩子的情感智商的发展。主要包括这几个方面：首先，营造融洽的家庭关系，让孩子有安全感，能安心学习。其次，鼓励孩子勤学好问，提倡大家互相学习。遇到不懂的、不会的问题，亲子一道查字典、翻阅资料，这样做，不仅会提高家长的威信，提高孩子学习的积极性，还会增加家庭中的许多乐趣。再次，父母亲的良好榜样。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。

大家好，我是来自园林三小的郑清。作为之前在中学教过很长一段时间的老师，这一次同课异构交流学习让我受益匪浅。按自己讲课的节奏，今天自己正好应该筋板讲这一节课，对课文的内容非常熟悉。但是想起这节课自己到底需要怎么讲，终究是心存疑虑。重难点显而易见，但如何突破？新课呈现不能完全像初中那样，但这个程度如何把握？怎样从已知的知识自然而然的过渡到新知识？训练时活动怎么样安排？这些对我来说都是不小的挑战。
昨天晚上，我思考了一下，如果我来上这节课，我将怎样讲。首先的Preparation准备活动中，有Let’s chant”what can you do?”全班跟读以及连锁的“提问--回答”活动（What,what,what can you do?I can ,I can……）第二步的Presentation 出示一组功夫杂技表演图片，问学生Can you do it?引导学生试着回答No,I can’t.让学生两人一组操练句型Can you do any kung fu?Yes,I can/No,I can’t.接下来教学短语learn some kung fu 和句子Today we’ll learn some kung fu.引导学生说No problem.带领学生听录音回答问题，学对话编对话演对话，做调查做游戏做习题，讲总结写板书留作业……一切仿佛都有个套路可以遵循。而在两个月的磨合中，学生也了解了我的套路，我还没有讲，他们就知道我下一步要做些什么。
于是抱着学习取经的态度来看看三位教师有没有什么新套路可以学习，为我简单的上课流程增加色彩。听完课的感受，确实是大有收货，这些精妙的设计让人叹为观止。
一，卢老师在讲句型时就教会了学生接下来对话中的动作，学生一边说一边动，就能强化他们对关键词汇的印象。在演排时，这些动作又减缓了登台表演的紧张情绪。
二，卢老师在展示头饰时，就有Say”Hello” to Mr. Ma.的环节，让我感觉十分新颖。教中学久了，觉得物品就是物品，从来没想过把它拟人化。在戴头饰演排时，又像头饰以及带着头饰的同学Say Hello 了。不仅如此，在两次chant 的活动中，我观察到第一遍的内容是对之前知识的回顾，而后面则巧妙的在原句的基础上加入了这节课新学的'重点，呼应了开篇。文学创作中有个说法叫“草蛇灰线，伏脉千里”这一点在英语教学中的运用让我大开眼界。
三，二实小万敏老师的课，给我最大的感受是：每个新环节，每个知识点的引出都十分自然。刚才有老师评课时说道中小学英语课的过渡不尽相同。我自己感觉在中学教学时过渡确实生硬而又单调。万老师却让过渡自然到好像没发生一样，希望万老师等一下向我们介绍她的过渡都是如何安排的。
四，罗老师很有调动、感染学生情绪的能力。不疾不徐，娓娓道来，讲课仿佛就是妈妈在给孩子们讲故事。小学英语处在一个不太像主科但绝不是副科的尴尬位置。有时候我们进课堂，学生们的精力精神面貌似乎不充沛不积极，这时候就更需要老师有这种饱满的精神来鼓励他们。
五，前面有老师提到了，我们讲的是一节对话课。对话课就该多操练对话，学生能够自如的编出新对话就是学好了这节课。但我恰恰认为这节课中有个小环节设计得很科学：就是根据课文改编成的一个小语段，要学生填can can’t some any 等词汇。这是个语法教学的小环节。有时候反复的对话训练确实可以增强语感、减少错误，但这些有时仍然不及来一个设计了语法知识的小练习，可以直观的向学生呈现一撮的问题。
小学英语中的语法教学一直以来都有许多争议的声音，我似乎发现之前教过初中的几位老师更赞成加入适量的语法知识一些。我想在接下来的讨论中，多听听大家的看法。

先说一下现状：两极分化严重。其实学生们在三年级时是在同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两年来的学习，学生与学生之间已经已经有了很大的差距。一些同学学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环，越学越简单，越简单越愿意学。可也有一些学生，平时学习习惯不好，上课不认真听讲，下课偷懒不完成作业，结果他们现在课上听讲出现困难，听不懂，不会读，不敢读，最后直接不听不读不写作业，自己放弃了自己。其实他们真的不想学好，不愿进步吗，肯定不是，他们也想得到老师的表扬，家长的鼓励，同学的尊敬，只是因为当时上课有一点点走神，下课有一点点偷懒，有几次作业没做几个单词没背，现在学习越来越费劲越来越痛苦。我们的孩子变成这样都是他们自己的错吗，当然不是，孩子毕竟是孩子，他们自制力很弱，肯定愿意偷懒愿意玩，是我们做老师做家长的没有尽到责任，如果当时我们能够给他们更多的关注，更多的鼓励，拉他们一把，也许他们就是那些令人骄傲的孩子，你们就是让人羡慕的那些家长。

那么怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢?我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。这里，我们只是呼吁我们的家长能够配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。下面我就具体说一下家长可以做的：
很多家长都问我，怎样才能学好英语呢?其实，学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。培养孩子良好的学习英语的习惯。
(1)让孩子多听录音
很多孩子都有点读机，教学光盘，磁带，但是有多少孩子充分利用了这些资源了呢，听英语肯定不如看电视玩游戏好玩，孩子肯定不愿意听，这时候就看咱们家长的了，您能不能创造条件让孩子多听，这就关乎到您的孩子能不能是班里的前几名。
(2)让孩子大声说英语
家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，在家里，希看家长也能鼓励学生说英语，或许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，实在学生需要的是你的鼓励，你认真听他们说，然后只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或还可让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己学得派上了用处。
(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词。
Let’s learn (54页单元词汇表里的黑体词)单词是要求会听说读写，也就是会拼写。Let’s talk 对话熟读会背，基础弱的同学可以分两段三短背过，课本60页的常用表达会背会默写。
最后还是请求大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。需要家长配合的作业有：给孩子听写单词或句子，并签字，听孩子背诵对话并签字，有的.家长说英语我们也不懂啊，其实，我们对听写的要求是这样的：单词、词组是要求家长读中文，孩子默写，课文要求学生自己熟背然后被给家长听，他能不能熟练的背出来相信不管您懂不懂英语都能听出来。
现在的孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这个时候，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我默不出来;就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报!

还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的'组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学习打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学习的现状，因为这是我——一个平凡的小学英语教师的使命。
