带完一届的高三毕业班，取得了可喜的成绩。回首今年的教学工作，真是时间短，压力大，任务重。为了做好新一轮的教学工作，我对一年的高三英语教学工作进行反思和评价。
我今年担任高三年两个班的英语教学工作，深感任重道远，在深入分析任课班学生的现状之后，我扎扎实实地做了一系列具体细致的工作，也取得了较好的成效。
一、合理制定复习计划并注重计划的落实与完善
要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复习计划是不行的。我对《高中英语新课程标准》和《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查资料和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复习计划，并在教学的过程中不断改善和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。
(一)立足课本，精选练习，巩固强化基础知识。
复习伊始，全面重点复习高一高二及高三上的语言点，高三下也不敢懈怠，快速扫完。强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时间小测抽查，重点对语法知识进行系统的复习并辅之以相应的配套练习材料，及时讲评;同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题;并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。
(二)加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试本事。
听力、单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复习的始终。
单项填空的特点是：资料覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识：重点突出，强调动词用法的考查;突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用，应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳评价，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。我精选近几年各地的高考选择题部分给学生练习，让学生熟悉并掌握高考主要考查的重要句型。
听力：除了每周二午时班会课时间20分钟听力泛听，每周六早读精听以外，周二课堂穿插精听。不断加强对学生的集中训练和听力方法的指导，熟悉听力主要考查的题型，并经过对听力材料的分析，学会预测听力资料，初步选出部分答案和排除干扰项。
完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的本事，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。
书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不一样的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：1)句型繁简适度2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3)开门见山，层次分明，承上启下4)细读提示，写全要点5)书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。
阅读理解：在整张卷面中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，必须要限定时间。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在35分钟内读完5篇短文并完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案时，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每一天限时做一篇完形填空或2-3篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高，令我欣慰。
二、适时模拟，查漏补缺
我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，在此基础上精心选编几套高质量的`适应性试卷进行模拟测试，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最终的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，重新编制成试题，让学生再练，我不厌其烦地为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的本事和语言领悟本事。并要求学生不断回头看以前自我做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。
三、心理疏导，树立自信
英语教学质量能否取得突破，最终取决于学生的努力程度和学习潜能的发挥。对于大多数学生来讲，考试制胜的关键就是要做到心理稳定、思路清晰，在心理、思维、体力等方面坚持稳定，从容应对各种题目，最终取得优异成绩，享受成功的喜悦。所以，从一进入高三复习就应注意学生心里健康方面的教育，从生活上、学习上关心学生，多与学生聊天、交流，教给学生自我调节放松的方法，指导家长帮考生营造一个简便的家庭环境，尽量帮忙学生消除不良的心理因素，注重学生良好学习习惯的培养和正确学习方法的指导，树立起学好英语的必胜信心。
四、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优，效果良好
针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导，让优生更尖，让差生跟得上。高考成绩证明，这个措施是有力的，对高考总分起很大的贡献，学生基本上都把真把事发挥出来。本人任教的班级英语平均分将近110分，全班仅有三个90分以下，其中陈雅彬140分，是集美区理科英语第一名。这成绩跟其他兄弟学校比起来可能逊色点，但对我们的这种生源，我觉得已经不错了。
仔细回想，今日的成功是与我们在工作中能结合我校教学实情，切实搞好团体备课，群策群力，拼搏巧干，科学辅导分不开的，我期望这次的反思，能为今后成功开展工作供给借鉴，力争使我校的英语教学质量在下一届的高考中再创辉煌。
