（一）课程总目标

基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力的形成建立在学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整体发展的基础上。语言知识和语言技能是综合语言运用能力的基础，文化意识是得体运用语言的保证。情感态度是影响学生学习和发展的重要因素，学习策略是提高学习效率、发展自主学习能力的保证。这五个方面共同促进综合语言运用能力的形成。

综合语言运用能力:

那么怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢?我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。这里，我们只是呼吁我们的家长能够配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。下面我就具体说一下家长可以做的：

很多家长都问我，怎样才能学好英语呢?其实，学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。培养孩子良好的学习英语的习惯。

(1)让孩子多听录音

很多孩子都有点读机，教学光盘，磁带，但是有多少孩子充分利用了这些资源了呢，听英语肯定不如看电视玩游戏好玩，孩子肯定不愿意听，这时候就看咱们家长的了，您能不能创造条件让孩子多听，这就关乎到您的孩子能不能是班里的前几名。

(2)让孩子大声说英语

家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，在家里，希看家长也能鼓励学生说英语，或许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，实在学生需要的是你的鼓励，你认真听他们说，然后只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或还可让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己学得派上了用处。

(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词。

Let’s learn (54页单元词汇表里的黑体词)单词是要求会听说读写，也就是会拼写。Let’s talk 对话熟读会背，基础弱的同学可以分两段三短背过，课本60页的常用表达会背会默写。

最后还是请求大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。需要家长配合的作业有：给孩子听写单词或句子，并签字，听孩子背诵对话并签字，有的.家长说英语我们也不懂啊，其实，我们对听写的要求是这样的：单词、词组是要求家长读中文，孩子默写，课文要求学生自己熟背然后被给家长听，他能不能熟练的背出来相信不管您懂不懂英语都能听出来。

现在的孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这个时候，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我默不出来;就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报!

那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语、学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫、

首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的'时候一样的，根本就没有听过、不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展、不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么、所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次、

一、重视孩子非智力因素的培养

心理学家研究表明，在人们的学习和事业成功的道路上，非智力因素往往起着更大的作用。因此，我们要让孩子具有良好的心理素质和个性品质，来促进孩子的学习。经常有这样的`现象：有的学生智力平平，但是他靠自己的勤奋和毅力取得了优异的成绩;也有的学生头脑灵活，思维敏捷，但是学习上缺乏应有的习惯，三天打鱼，两天晒网，最终收获甚微。可见，兴趣、情感和毅力等非智力因素在学生的学习中起着更为重要的作用。我们家长要认识到这一点，就没有必要去埋怨孩子笨，也没有必要为自己孩子的智商高而沾沾自喜。你要了解自己孩子的习性，在日常生活中多关心一下他的学习情况，特别是他学习上困难和烦恼，多鼓励他，多督促他，多帮助他，让他感觉到学习英语是很重要的，有那么多人在关注着他，从而增强他的学习责任感，并把这种意识转化为学习的兴趣和动力，促使他一步一步的向前，等他有了进步，尝到了成功的喜悦，那时他的学习自觉性就会大大提高了。一句话，不管是哪一类的学生，说到学习，就离不开一个“勤”字。

二、重视良好的学习习惯的培养

习惯的力量是一种巨大而持久的力量，许多重要的事情正是靠习惯的力量去完成的。联合国教科文组织在“学会生存”一书中指出：在未来社会里，文盲将不是不识字的人，而是那些不懂得学习方法、不会自行更新知识的人，家长希望自己的子女在未来的社会中长大成才，不可不注意对他们进行学习方法的指导，和学习习惯的养成。

(1)让孩子多听录音

在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，是以往英语教学中的问题所在，是现代儿童英语教学中要全力改进的。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，习惯听原声带，注意听正确的语音、语调和语气，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，这样做，可以弥补一些因我们英语老师语音不够纯正的不足。多听、多说可以让孩子尽快达到“脱口而出”、“出口成句”，哪怕是一两个词代表的句子，因为句子是语言的最小单位。再有，如汉语中有“四声”的特点一样，英语中有长音、短音和双元音等不同于汉语的发音要求，要注意学和正确发好，否则谈不上学到地道的英语。

(2)让孩子大声说英语

家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误，还有利于培养大胆、开朗、自信的良好个性。

(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常用语，等到用的时候就可以脱口而出。但是在背诵过程中要讲究方法，不可操之过急，要注意分散和集中相结合。我们一般一单元要花两个星期时间来教，第一个星期重点背诵单词，按教学进度熟读所教课文;第二个星期重点背诵课文，可以分段背诵，等快教完的时候，再把课文串起来背，这样可以降低一点难度，让学生背得轻松些。但是在检查过程中，我们发现有一部分学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意思时，他却一问三不知。所以，我们在背诵过程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基础上达到背诵的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和句型，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。

单词亦是如此，分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是可取的方法。有时，我们回家作业布置抄写单词，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单词。一般，每次的单词量为5个左右，方便学生记忆。但是在日常学习中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学习处于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学习，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。

三、创造良好的家庭环境

(1)良好的物质条件

这一点是不难做到的。即：让还孩子有自己的学习场所，没有单独房间的，要给他隔出一个“学习角”，放有书架、录音机等用具。

(2)营造良好的学习气氛

这比良好的物质条件还要重要，直接影响孩子的情感智商的发展。主要包括这几个方面：首先，营造融洽的家庭关系，让孩子有安全感，能安心学习。其次，鼓励孩子勤学好问，提倡大家互相学习。遇到不懂的、不会的问题，亲子一道查字典、翻阅资料，这样做，不仅会提高家长的威信，提高孩子学习的积极性，还会增加家庭中的许多乐趣。再次，父母亲的良好榜样。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。

大家下午好！

首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。

记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：

一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗？在培养学生学习兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：

（一）、用爱去灌溉学生。

首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得20xx年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。

（二）、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。

每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学习状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六（1）班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学习积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧？好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗？”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的`老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学习无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗？我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学习注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果

二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学习方法。

不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗？学生学得开心吗？学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练习的机会。

三、培养良好的学习习惯。

（一）、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。

为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学习成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学习习惯，分小组学习，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练习题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。

（二）、课后补差工作。

班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学习习惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。

第一，应当让小朋友明确英语研究的重要性，协助他们建立信心。我们可以告诉他们英语是一种交际工具，是你长大以后一直要用的工具，它是一种语言，不难也不高深，只要研究方法对路，只要肯花功夫，是一定可以学好的。其次，协助小朋友建立和形成良好的英语研究惯。可以这么说，良好的研究惯是英语研究胜利的一半。什么是良好的`研究惯呢?良好的研究惯分两局部：一是课堂惯，二是课外惯。课堂良好惯表示为：能集中注意力听，能积极大胆发言，能合时的做好需要的笔记。集中注意力听这点我觉得很重要，很多小朋友在做题和考试中碰到困难，很大的原因就是上课没有专心听课，"合时作需要的笔记"这一点，对与成人来讲是相当简单的，而对与一个十几岁的小同学来讲，却成心想不到的难。他们或者忙于写，或者什么也记不到，甚至会起到影响上课的反作用，但这是小朋友为今后研究必需掌握的一项课堂技能。现在我的请求是我的讲的时候请求同学认真听，我会留出时间给小朋友们作课堂纪录。课外良好的惯表示为：1.能完成老师安置的预任务(把不会的单词,词组或句子使用书后的单词表查好意思),2.能按按自觉地进行听说读写的预和复工作。以上这些，其实是后续研究的预设，作用是不容轻忽的。再者，要关注小朋友的研究过程，不要只注重成效。意思是说不要等成果出来了再说，而是时刻关注小朋友每一天的生长。所谓：好好研究，天天向上。一口吃不成瘦子，一天养不成好惯。比方说，天天，我们是否听到小朋友高声地说或读英语，高声尤其重要，因为英语的语音较汉语来讲，比较夸张，声音小，容易造成发音不到位，错音也不容易被发现；天天是否听到小朋友脱口而出简单地英语句子。我欣喜的发现我们所有的小朋友现在的朗读能力很强,一个个读的那么好,那么有模有样,建议家长回家听一听你的小朋友的英语朗读,你会和我一样有欣喜的感觉。

3、不只要关心小朋友身体健康，更要关注他们的生理发展。兴趣、情绪和态度等非智力因素对英语研究起着极其重要的作用。中低年级小朋友往往兴趣很高，但到了高年级，随着难度加大，兴趣继而减弱，这很正常。因为中低年级的兴趣中最主要原素是好奇心。只要通过认真，扎实、勤恳地研究获得胜利地体验，才能形成更高层次的兴趣。兴趣有了，自然就有好的态度，丰满的研究状态，研究就进入良性循环。这就是常说的：身心健康。

四、本学期几点具体做法

1、关于单词和句子的背诵和默写。

这是基础之基础。每课的单词要求同学能默写，要求同学回家背诵并试默，高质量的试默要做到和时、有效。当天教，当晚背，这是符合人脑遗忘规律的，效果要比过几天补好得多，这样课堂上默写的时候，同学就有底气，默写质量就很高，正确率高，也是一次小小的胜利体验。久而久之，不只打好了词汇基础，也培养了好惯，当然每个班级总有这样几个需要特别关注的小朋友，而小朋友们都已经长大了，能知道研究是自身的事了，只是缺少自觉性，能够主动地认真地研究这才是老师和家长最想看到的事。本学期中在英语研究上，取得了很大的进步。但是开学到现在我还是发现有几个小朋友分数仍然在50分以下，没有什么大的起色，我想和你们家长形成合力，让这些小朋友也进入到自主研究主动研究的行列中，让他们也能尝到胜利的滋味。

2、关于课文朗读，在这里我不夸大背诵的滚瓜烂熟，只请求能够像说话一样有层次的说出来。请求每篇课文A、B和E局部熟练背诵3、关于作业。

我们有作业本和默写本。作业本是誊写四会单词，词组，句子对话，默写本，是默写四会单词，词组和句子，家长平时也可以翻阅默写原本，检查小朋友的英语研究情况。

4.试卷分析

本学期开学至今，班级的研究气氛很浓，英语成果较之上学期又有了一定的进步。英语这门学科具有灵活多变性，它的题型可以千变万化，但它的变化总是建立在一个不变的基础上，那就是这些基础知识：单词，短语，句型。一旦基础的东西掌握了，不论它怎么变，万变不离其宗。

曾经有家长打电话问我他小朋友的英语基础很差怎么办，我的回答很简单，"只要他跟着我的步子走，按照我的要求做，问题不大！"我的回答很简单，可真的做起来不那么容易哦！有些家长就深深地体会到英语这个学科只要小朋友用心，研究效果是很明显的，只要他背了记了，成果一定会有所提高。

在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。

接下来是读。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。我刚开始学英语的时候就是这样的，每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。

最后是写。二年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。首先是单词，单词是句子，段落，课文的最基本组成单位。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，二年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。

还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学习打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的`学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学习的现状，因为这是我——一个平凡的小学英语教师的使命。

还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学习打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学习的现状，因为这是我——一个平凡的小学英语教师的使命。
