I'm XX. It's a great honor to stand here and express my personal opinions. The topic of my speech today is "learning methods should be suitable for yourself".
After reading the book "learn to learn and learn to be a man", I learned a lot of learning methods and understood the importance of learning methods through the small stories inside. But with good learning methods, everyone can say a few, and normal people can do it. Why is the achievement gap still so large? I don't want to repeat the truth. I just want to say what I think.
What I feel most is that the learning method should be suitable for myself. When I was just promoted to junior high school, my parents and teachers taught me that junior high school is not much more than primary school. I have to work harder. Finally a person who maintains the habit of lifelong learning can have a stronger advantage in occupation choice. This is not only good for the person but also for the country and the society. Some people complain that they have too much work and have no time to read a book usually. But In fact lifelong learning is not only reading or having a class we can browse the web read e-books receiving distance courses through the Internet conveniently. We can learn not only knowledge but also skills.
Age cannot be a barrier to our lifelong learning. Chu Shijian once the king of China's tobacco industry had suffered a great setback before retirement. He was even put into prison. But at the age of 75 he began to study orange planting technology seriously and finally have a huge success in this area ten years late. Harland Sandoz of America began learning the fast-food lethal at his age of 83. When he was 88 years old his fast food chain often Kentucky had distributed each corner of the world.
Therefore lifelong learning is never too late to start let's start our plan today. Thank you.

一、在英语的学习过程中，词汇学习是最初的也是最重要的一环。单词记得越多越准确，释义，搭配，例句，用法掌握得越牢固，你学英语才会如虎添翼。下面给大家将一些学习词汇的方法。学习词汇首先可以找规律。英语中的词汇构成大多都是有规律可循的。
另外联想法也很有用，当你的词汇量累积到一定程度时，就要学会在学习新的单词时联想到曾学过的与新单词有联系的表达方式，反之亦然。这样不仅能更深刻理解这些有联系的单词的区别。同时也能起到“温故”的作用。

二、学语法是为了让我们更好地了解英语的逻辑，使学英语达到事半功倍的效果。下面来谈谈语法的学习。
1、练习是学习语法最好的方法，也就是造句，写作，以及最基本的口语句子造句。
2、有人说语法是英语学习中最枯燥的环节，但仔细看看，你会发现同中文有很多相通之处，如句子构成，主谓宾，词的`运用，要注意的就是中英文元素排序不同。语法对于分析句子的意思帮助也是非常大的，尤其是超长的句子，有的时候一个句子就有三四行甚至占据整个段落。尝到了甜头，就有了学语法的动力了。
三、英语听力不行，就等于你是英语聋子，生活中最多的还是口语上的交流，你听不懂对方说的话，根本就无法进行交流。所以英语听力也是非常重要的。
1、家长首先要培养孩子听英语的兴趣。可是兴趣要从你喜欢的事物中来。可以通过看英文电影，听英文歌曲，收听英文节目提高英语学习的兴趣时间一长，听力成绩就会大大提高。
四、口语
1、练英语口语首先要解决语音语调的问题，一开始我就是尽量去模仿老师的语音语调，后来可以看英文电影来模仿起来。
2、不要让自己认为讲的不好羞于开口，这是练习英语口语最大的忌讳，一定要鼓足勇气，只有说出来才会发现自己的不足，进而改正并提高。

我们学校从一年级起使用外研社出版的《新标准英语》。一年级作为起始阶段的英语教学主要任务就是：把学生领进英语学习的殿堂，培养学生学习兴趣，掌握正确的语音，语调、形成良好的学习策略和习惯。在语言学习中语言技能作为综合语言运用的基础，它分为听、说、读、写、四个方面。听，一年级的孩子能够听懂课文，听懂课堂指令并做出反应；说，能够相互致以简单的问候和一些简单的个人信息交流，并能够根据图片或是动作提示下说出单词或简单的句子；（本学期孩子们会学习：问候及回应；数字1—10；询问和说明颜色、询问姓名、年龄、地点、物品的名称、祝贺生日等。以上的话题共包含有40个核心句子，117个单词，5首歌曲和5首歌谣。）读，能够熟读课文和看图识字或是看图说简单的句子；由于一年级学生不要求书写，主要是视觉感知英文单词，句子和标点符号。
我们的孩子多为6、7岁，正是处于活泼好动，注意力时间不长，并且容易分散，乐于接受新鲜事物与模仿、学习语言的重要时期。培养学生良好的学习语言习惯。在课堂交流中，培养学生注意倾听，积极思考的学习习惯。日常生活中老师主动和学生用英语交流，引导学生主动积极运用所学的英语进行表达和交流，培养学生说的能力。晨读，课堂，中午小课，老师指导学生如何朗读的方法与技巧，指导学生读书的语音，语调，重读与连读等。

认真听为每天坚持听、读英语，为培养良好的语感做基础，听，做为学习语言，是首要也是重要任务，一年级结合学生学习特点，不留书面英语作业，但每天都会有听读作业，需要家长的陪伴与鼓励。
大胆说鼓励孩子突破心里上的胆怯，不要怕说错，多说才能说得更好，说错才能发现问题，及时纠音，大胆还包括要与孩子多进行英语的对话交流，敢说比说错更加来的重要。在交流中默认纠音，用重复的方式告诉孩子正确的内容，从而让他体验点滴进步与交际的乐趣。不懂英语的家长，可以采取让孩子当你的小老师，教你的同时，也是再学习运用的过程。他还会获得一份成功的体验。

基于以上的理念，那我们到底在家里怎样完成听读作业？根据我个人经验向大家介绍一点小方法，希望与大家共同探讨，更期待大家与我的交流提出宝贵意见。听读在小学阶段非常重要，我们遵循听说领先，读写跟上的理念。在家第一步，听录音内容先不打开书，给予孩子首次接触文本信息和文本情境的机会，初听文本大意。当然一遍是听不懂文本意思的，需要第二遍再听文本。这时打开书，用手指，边对照文本图片，边听录音。在了解文本大意的基础上，第三遍再听文本，用手指试着跟读文本。找出文本中的重点单词，句子。通过第四遍听文本，用手指熟悉文本中的重点单词。最后跟读文本，用手指熟悉文本中的语音语调。最后家长在指定位置签字。便于老师第二天的检查。希望各位家长能够继续坚持督促孩子们在家的听、读练习，虽然它就像白开水一样平乏，可是从中会给我们的孩子们带来非常大的收益——那就是，孩子们可以很流利的读课文，其实与外国人的交流也不过如此，我们书中的语言就是非常生活化的，希望在我们的努力下，能用书中句子与我与他人交流的孩子会越来越多。

今天我要演讲的是我对于英语的学习方法和态度，不需要花太多的时间，只要能够理解就可以了。
我认为，学习英语的方法其实很简单，那些辅导材料只不过就是巩固知识。而我们在巩固知识前，就得学会学习英语。兴趣，记忆力和自信就是我的秘诀。
第一步：兴趣。
兴趣使然，如果你把学英语当成是一种娱乐，一种使你兴趣盎然的娱乐方式。我把英语当做是一种荣耀，一种享受，也把这种荣耀和享受化为自己的优势，弥补其他学科的缺憾。但是，这只是我的方式，也有的人其他方面很优秀。或许，不是学习上的，却也是一种优势。就比如，很多人喜欢玩电脑，就可以把学英语当成在玩电脑，每一次的检测都是打电脑的一关，把自己当成闯关的人，学习的过程，考试是终点，老师就是最后的'评委。
第二步，记忆力：
记忆力的好也可以帮助学习，但是死记硬背的方式实在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的兴趣也会被消磨光。所以，可以用一种节省时间，增加兴趣，享受时间的方法。在老师留作业，抄单词或句子的时候，先抄一遍，再根据脑袋里"肯定"的答案在接着继续默写，这样就达到了节省时间着点了。还有在背课文的时候，有些同学们后觉得这些太多了，太难了，简直就是在谋财害命，但老师就是硬要我们被下来，太痛苦了！那么，在这个时候，你可以把被课文当做是在背诗，记歌词，背诗背着背着就顺了，记歌词记着记着就好像是自己在听喜爱的音乐一般，这也有了增加兴趣，享受时间和节省时间了。
第三步，自信：

Don' t just cover the filling with the wrappers. The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship because when they are boiling in the pan they look like ships sailing in the sea. The smell can make your mouth water.

二、专心听课。课堂是获取知识的主要来源，上课是学生进解和掌握基础的基本技能并在此基础上发展认知能力的一个关键环节，这就要求同学们始终保持高度集中的注意力，力争在课内就把一节课的内容记住，当堂消化。
三、及时复习。知识贵在落实，课后及时复习能加深和巩固对新知识理解和记忆，系统在掌握新知识以达到灵活运用，即知识迁移的目的。
四、掌握正确的记忆方法。英语是一门记忆很强的学科，要大量积累词汇。很多同学最烦记单词，总是抱怨记不住，以致于丧失了信心。这是因为你没有了解到记忆的规律，没有掌握记单词的技巧。现在我给大家介绍几种方法。
1。及时记忆法，要求上课时认真听讲，争取趁热打铁，当堂记住。
2。联想记忆法，如bridegroom和bride。有room的是新郎
3。分类记忆法，把单词分门别类，如动物、植物类。
4。感官记忆法也叫运动记忆法。尽可能发用多种感官，耳听、口读、
手写、眼看、心记等。
5。构词记忆法，通过分析词根、前缀、后缀、派生和合成等记忆单词。
6。情景记忆法，把某个单词放在一个句子或者一段话中去记忆。
7。比较记忆法，反义词、同义词、同音词。
8。拼读记忆法，读准单词的发音是记住单词的前提，拼读记忆首先要
求把单词读准确，充分认识单词的读音与拼写之间的关系。如enthusiastic
9。循环记忆法，任何先进的单词记忆法都必须进行反复记忆。学了可能会遗忘，为了防止遗忘，一定要不断发进行阶段性复习。可以把单词和重点句子写在长片上放在口袋里或贴在桌子上、放在枕头连随时记忆。有些单词不是你记不住，而是你重复的次数不够多。
五、培养良好的语感。什幺是语感？语感具有一听就清，一说就顺，一写就通，一读就懂的功能。那幺，怎样培养语感呢？
1。从听力训练开始，在听力方面，一是听课文录音带，去感知模仿形成正确的语音、语调，二是听英语广播、电视节目及原声电影等，三是认真对待我们平时的听力训练，要沉着、冷静、细心，抓关键词，瞄准下一个句子和题目。
2。朗读、背诵是培养语感的捷径。主要是多读课文及听力教材，要将一个单词读准，一个句子读顺，一篇文章读烂，平时朝读时要最大声、最快速、最清晰地读。通过诵读，同学们可对文章的语意、语法、语气、语调、节奏、重音了然于心。
3。要进行广泛阅读。阅读是吸收语言材料的最好途径，实践证明，学生阅读面越宽，语言实践越大，阅读理解能力便越强。只有通过读，才能够获得最大的'实践量，才能享受到学习外语的真正甜头和学习的乐趣。阅读的数量多了，一些常用词汇、句式结构自然在脑子中形成了印象，也就逐渐形成了语感。现在我们每天至少应阅读一两篇文章。
4。多积累多写作是培养语感的必经之路。在平时写日记、周记，考试时尽量使用通过积累的高级词汇和句型，这样才能有效地提高写作水平。
六、要注重课本，排查要点，各个击破。这几年高考中都有课文中的原句子，同学们要善于发现隐藏在课文中的命题胚胎。
七、要持之以恒，孜孜不倦。俗话说“一日学，一日功”，“一日不学，十日空”。也就是要讲究一个“勤”字，做到天天读，天天背，天天练，天天总结，养成一种好习惯，这样你就离成功不远了。
