A smile has many many means:pleasure,welcome,happiness,and more, And it’s part of an universal body language that doesn’t need any extra interpretation. Smile is a very simple and easy thing to do.
As ereryone knows,butterfly effect is that a small butterfly shake its wings,then even lead to a terrible tornado in Pacific .
The smile is all the same,not only make you more confident,but also affect your friends,parents,and the people who around you to smile all the time.

i’m glad to be here to share with you my definition of success.
when we mentioned the success, the usual worldly criteria are wealth, fame, high social status and something other like that. in reality, we can’t deny t these things in some way. but personally, i believe that succeis the realization of people’ hopes and wishes. and to live with a high ideal is a successful life. it is not what one does, but what one tries to do, that make a man strong. so i believe that succeis ninety-nine percent mental attitude, it calls for lots of positive quality: effort, love, diligence, efficiency and so on. i think the successful life always have these characters. if a person inherits his family’s millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person in material terms, it just can be said that he has the smooth way of life, he is lucky in some way, but that is not the asing effort is the price of success. no matter what is the result, we always can get more from the process. what we should do is that insisting on our goals or dreams and always encourage
ourselves to challenge more, to hold the opportunities, never give up. it sounds like si-mp-le, but it is really hard to do. also the key points of the success.
relatively speaking, in our daily life, succewould be rather si-mp-le. for me, i’m standing here to take part in the speech competition is somehow also success. as i’m a easy to suffer from stage fright, i choose to hold this chance, my goal is my own character training——to be more confident, to have more courage to front such situation, i really do it, i have truly gained by participating, i’m success.

I hate feeling unsure of myself. I wish I could stop obsessing about what others think of me and quit worrying about disappointing other people. Ive never been self-confident. I wish there were a way I could be.
There is a way. You dont have to be born with self-confidence. Self-confidence can grow and flourish and ripen and blossom until you actually come to feel as though there is a different person inside of you. Here are some insights that might facilitate the quest. Learn what a self-confident person is really like. They are not cocky, know-it-all people who dont care what anybody else thinks. They have their doubts. And make mistakes. And are far from perfect. However, they are willing to acknowledge their inadequacies without dwelling on them. They do this by maintaining a sense of humor, putting problems in perspective, and focusing mainly on what theyve done right, not wrong. Though self-confident people do believe in themselves, they dont try to suffocate others with their ideas or beliefs. They are confident in what they know not only because they read, learn and think but also because they respect their instinct, intuition and the unique body of knowledge that theyve developed by living life. They realize that one doesnt have to be labeled an expert to believe in ones own truths. Self-confident people dont undermine their own worth by comparing themselves with others, only to conclude that they arent good enough. They appreciate their strengths and accomplishments and can acknowledge, without embarrassment, their weaknesses. They dont live in the victim position. Even if something really bad has occurred, they turn it into a challenge, remembering to be grateful for the little things in life.
