⒊把英语学习从有限的课内时空扩展到无限的课外时空，成立小小英语角、学校布置英语走廊、让学生制作英语画刊等各种形式的活动极大地提高了学生学英语的热情，让学生感受到英语无处不在、无时不学。

三、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整。

在实际教学过程中，教师应积极实践，不断探索，针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点，总结规律，认真思考，不断摸索。尤其是在中教师应具备良好的应变机制。①学习过程要有趣味性、有意义，要有利于激发学生主动参与的欲望。②善于利用学生的生活体验，通过让学生交流，使他们对所学语言产生亲切感，从而激发学习动机。及时、正确地给予评价激发学生的成就感，从而产生学习的新动力。常常采用师生问答形式，学生感到枯燥、厌烦。教师让学生与长毛绒动物握手交流，学生兴趣倍增。

When I was out for a travel in Jeju Island, what surprised me most are those Chinese features all around this prestigious scenic spot of Korea. The moment I got out of the plane, I was amused by those broken Chinese words printed on the wall of the airport. Most of those hilarious words say “currency exchange!” or “greatest hotel room ever! ” and “Duty free shops” in a pretty funny way. I guess Chinese people are, like, walking cash to them. Anyway, although those who wrote them clearly are not even close to good Chinese speakers, they had indeed made my travel phenomenally convenient as well as homelike at the same time. There is even a whole district called JUNGMUN, which means “Chinese” in Korean. It is one of the most bustling places in Jeju, as tourists from China basically bought the whole place up.

I could even spend RMB in Jeju, which is usually not allowed in other religious or countries. Chinese tourists have indeed promoted the economics there, I guess. Another interesting phenomenon I’d like to talk about is the Chinese feature in US TV series. As you all know, US TV series play a rather important part in Chinese students’ lives. Agents of SHIELD is a well-known series and I personally love it very much. When an agent came back, half-dead, saying “I have spent my last four years in a ShanXi cooper mine”, I couldn’t help laughing. And I don’t have to mention the Chinese food Saturday of Sheldon in The Big bang theory, the mysterious girlfriend named Shadow of Oliver Queen in The Arrow, and those meaningless quoting of Confucius and Sun Zi in countless US TV series.

American writers seem to see Chinatown as a sacred and exotic place in which live insidious villains who happen to master kung fu and have serious Asian faces. These phenomena above are just a small part of Chinese features overseas I have noticed. Needless to say, the rise of China has indeed became more and more relevant and significant to the ordinary Chinese people. There most certainly is not any other country in this world that has changed its international standing at this magnitude, and the world is embracing China in an unprecedented way. However , although we have seen the progress made by the world, I’m still hoping that they can see through the surface to perceive the essence of China. What we should really focus on are every individual of the 1.3 billion ordinary Chinese.

We should change the viewpoint and take a serious look at China, at Chinese people, at their down-to-earth dreams, at their impulsive drive to change their fate, to change their nation's fate, and at their kindhearted temperaments, at their diligent characters. Today's China is made up of Chinese people who have virtue and excellence, not just of Bruce Lee and Kung pao chicken cubes. We should not overlook this great country, and we most certainly should not see only the high-rise buildings and the apparent prosperity, but also lay our sights on those unsung heroes who have been making contributions to this very society since the beginning.

I don’t like the other season, because they are not very warm: summer is too hot, winter is too cold. While autumn is cool, it isn’t very beautiful.

Last year, I went to the Slender West Lake in Yang Zhou. First we took a boat to travel down the lake, we saw the Qiong flowers on the bank, and they were very beautiful. Then we visited the Five Kiosks Bridge, there were five kiosks on the bridge, and every kiosk has a long history. We sit in the kiosk and took some photos. Last we went to the Fishing Platform. Why do people call it ‘Fishing Platform’? Because the emperor called ‘Qian Long’ in Qing Dynasty visited it. We also fished in it. We had a good time in Yang Zhou.

I come to this magnificent house of worship tonight because my conscience leaves me no other choice. i join you in this meeting because i am in deepest agreement with the aims and work of the organization which has brought us together: clergy and laymen concerned about vietnam. the recent statements of your executive committee are the sentiments of my own heart, and i found myself in full accord when i read its opening lines: "a time comes when silence is betrayal." and that time has come for us in relation to vietnam.

The truth of these words is beyond doubt, but the mission to which they call us is a most difficult one. even when pressed by the demands of inner truth, men do not easily assume the task of opposing their government's policy, especially in time of war. nor does the human spirit move without great difficulty against all the apathy of conformist thought within one's own bosom and in the surrounding world. moreover, when the issues at hand seem as perplexed as they often do in the case of this dreadful conflict, we are always on the verge of being mesmerized by uncertainty; but we must move on.

And some of us who have already begun to break the silence of the night have found that the calling to speak is often a vocation of agony, but we must speak. we must speak with all the humility that is appropriate to our limited vision, but we must speak. and we must rejoice as well, for surely this is the first time in our nation's history that a significant number of its religious leaders have chosen to move beyond the prophesying of smooth patriotism to the high grounds of a firm dissent based upon the mandates of conscience and the reading of history. perhaps a new spirit is rising among us. if it is, let us trace its movements and pray that our own inner being may be sensitive to its guidance, for we are deeply in need of a new way beyond the darkness that seems so close around us.

Over the past two years, as i have moved to break the betrayal of my own silences and to speak from the burnings of my own heart, as i have called for radical departures from the destruction of vietnam, many persons have questioned me about the wisdom of my path. at the heart of their concerns this query has often loomed large and loud: "why are you speaking about the war, dr. king?" "why are you joining the voices of dissent?" "peace and civil rights don't mix," they say. "aren't you hurting the cause of your people," they ask? and when i hear them, though i often understand the source of their concern, i am nevertheless greatly saddened, for such questions mean that the inquirers have not really known me, my commitment or my calling. indeed, their questions suggest that they do not know the world in which they live.

In the light of such tragic misunderstanding, i deem it of signal importance to try to state clearly, and i trust concisely, why i believe that the path from dexter avenue baptist church -- the church in montgomery, alabama, where i began my pastorate -- leads clearly to this sanctuary tonight.

1、家长首先要培养孩子听英语的兴趣。可是兴趣要从你喜欢的事物中来。可以通过看英文电影，听英文歌曲，收听英文节目提高英语学习的兴趣时间一长，听力成绩就会大大提高。

四、口语

1、练英语口语首先要解决语音语调的问题，一开始我就是尽量去模仿老师的语音语调，后来可以看英文电影来模仿起来。

According to their figures, it is responsible for approximately five million deaths worldwide every year.

Tobacco smoking is a known or probable cause of approximately 25 diseases, and even the WHO says that its impact on world health is not fully assessed.

Heart attack and stroke

UK studies show that smokers in their 30s and 40s are five times more likely to have a heart attack than non-smokers.

Tobacco contributes to the hardening of the arteries, which can then become blocked and starve the heart of bloodflow, causing the attack.

Often, smokers who develop this will require complex and risky heart bypass surgery.

If you smoke for a lifetime, there is a 50% chance that your eventual death will be smoking-related - half of all these deaths will be in middle age.

Smoking also increases the risk of having a stroke.

Lung problems

Another primary health risk associated with smoking are lung cancer, which kills more than 20,000 people in the UK every year.

US studies have shown that men who smoke increase their chances of dying from the disease by more than 22 times.

Women who smoke increase this risk by nearly 12 times.

Lung cancer is a difficult cancer to treat - long term survival rates are poor.

Smoking also increases the risk of oral, uterine, liver, kidney, bladder, stomach, and cervical cancers, and leukaemia.

Another health problem associated with tobacco is emphysema, which, when combined with chronic bronchitis, produces chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Harm to children

Smoking in pregnancy greatly increases the risk of miscarriage, is associated with lower birthweight babies, and inhibited child development.

Nicotine, an ingredient of tobacco, is listed as an addictive substance by the US authorities.

在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。

接下来是读。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。我刚开始学英语的时候就是这样的，每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。

最后是写。二年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。首先是单词，单词是句子，段落，课文的最基本组成单位。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，二年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。

总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。不是要说注重过程嘛。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。我要讲的就是这些，谢谢！

二、春节的习俗

1、腊月二十三祭灶

我国春节，一般是从祭灶揭开序幕的。祭灶，是一项在我国民间影响很大、流传极广的习俗。旧时，差不多家家灶间都设有“灶王爷”神位。

2、腊月二十四扫尘

“腊月二十四，掸尘扫房子” ，据《吕氏春秋》记载，我国在尧舜时代就有春节扫尘的风俗。按民间的说法：因“尘”与“陈”谐音，新春扫尘有“除陈布新”的涵义，其用意是要把一切穷运、晦气统统扫出门。这一习俗寄托着人们破旧立新的愿望和辞旧迎新的祈求。每逢春节来临，家家户户都要打扫环境，清洗各种器具，拆洗被褥窗帘，洒扫

六闾庭院，掸拂尘垢蛛网，疏浚明渠暗沟。到处洋溢着欢欢喜喜搞卫生、干干净净迎新春的欢乐气氛。

3、腊月二十五接玉皇

旧俗认为灶神上天后，天帝玉皇于农历十二月二十五日亲自下界,查察人间善恶，并定来年祸福，所以家家祭之以祈福，称为“接玉皇”。这一天起居、言语都要谨慎，争取好表现，以博取玉皇欢心，降福来年。

4、腊月二十七、二十八洗浴

传统民俗中在这两天要集中地洗澡、洗衣，除去一年的晦气，准备迎接来年的新春，京城有"二十七洗疚疾，二十八洗邋遢"的谚语。腊月二十六洗浴为“洗福禄”。

5、腊月三十除夕贴门神、贴春联、守岁、爆竹、吃年夜饭、给压岁钱、祭祖

除夕的意思是“月穷岁尽”，人们都要除旧部新，有旧岁至此而除，来年另换新岁的意思，是农历全年最后的一个晚上。故此期间的活动都围绕着除旧部新，消灾祈福为中心。

春联、贴福字、贴窗花、贴年画、贴挂千。这些都具有祈福、装点居所的民俗功能。反映了人民大众的风俗和信仰，寄托着人们对未来的希望。

守岁，我国民间在除夕有守岁的习惯，俗名“熬年”。守岁从吃年夜饭开始，这顿年夜饭要慢慢地吃，从掌灯时分入席，有的人家一直要吃到深夜。守岁的习俗，既有对如水逝去的岁月含惜别留恋之情，又有

对来临的新年寄以美好希望之意。

爆竹，中国民间有“开门爆竹”一说。即在新的一年到来之际，家家户户开门的第一件事就是燃放爆竹，以哔哔叭叭的爆竹声除旧迎新。爆竹是中国特产，其起源很早，至今已有两千多年的历史。放爆竹可以创造出喜庆热闹的气氛，是节日的一种娱乐活动，可以给人们带来欢愉和吉利。王安石的《元日》诗：

游戏在英语课堂上的重要性都快比得上水之于鱼了，很难想象一堂课上，如果没有了游戏，该怎么继续。不论高年级还是低年级，在游戏中学习都是一种十分有效的学习方式。低年级学生好动又好胜，游戏能让他们在动身体的同时动脑，并且享受成功的喜悦。高年级的课堂相对而言比较乏味，适时的游戏会是绝佳的作料。好的游戏能让一堂沉闷的英语课活跃起来，是学生学习的兴奋的药剂。

一、游戏的安排应讲究一个“适”字，适时、适式、适度。

（一）适时组织游戏

看准时机，针对学生的实际安排合适的游戏形式。

1.让学生从思想上尽快进入英语课堂，游戏导入是个相当快捷、有效的方法。我们可以安排listen and do，listen and point，look and say，flash and say等操作简单，但具有检查性质的游戏。学生在玩游戏的同时，复习了旧知识，情感上也得到了体验。而从这些旧知识的复习，我们可以自然过渡到新知识的传授，温故知新，以旧带新，一举两得。

2.在复习巩固阶段，最忌讳的是机械操练。游戏能使复习变得生动。比如我们学了一系列水果以后，安排老师拿一个水果，学生说出来的环节，但反复几次之后，学生的积极性就会减弱。这时，我们安排游戏Who is missing？Who is fast？Magic eyes等，学生的积极性就会立刻恢复，一只只小手又会争先恐后地举

起。

3.当学生的脸上闪过“无聊”、“困惑”的痕迹时，游戏可解“燃眉之急”。高年级的学生面临背单词、记单词的难题。如果不讲究方法地死记硬背，不但效果不好，学生的兴趣也会逐渐降低。在这个阶段，如果能帮助他们掌握正确的方法，促使他们主动背单词，就会对他们以后的英语学习有很大的帮助。单词接龙、吊死鬼、寻找共同点等游戏，不仅让学生始终处于积极思考的状态，而且能提高他们课后记单词的兴趣。

（二）适式组织游戏

有些游戏的可用性很强，如copy不走样等游戏，无论什么内容，都能套用。但有些游戏，却不是什么内容都合适的。教师要学会使用最恰当的游戏，如flash and guess这样的游戏仅适合单词教学，而不适合巩固句型。

不同年龄阶段的学生，对游戏的口味也不同，我们要学会投其所好。低年级的学生喜欢趣味性强的，如copy不走样，high voice and low voice能引起他们参与的欲望。而高年级的学生则喜欢探索型的游戏，比如bingo、加减运算对抗赛就很受他们的欢迎。

（三）适度组织游戏

在教学中，我们不能只为让学生放松、玩乐而安排游戏，归根结底，游戏是为教学服务的。在游戏活动之前，我们必须指定相应的规则，没有规则，游戏过程就会很“乱”，有规则才能“活而

有序”。当学生的“玩性”到五、六成的时候，我们的.游戏就该结束了。因为如果游戏结束太早，学生才刚进入游戏状态，熟悉游戏规则，就结束游戏，一来扫兴，二来游戏的“运用语言”的目的也没达到。如果游戏结束得太晚，学生就会越来越无聊，下次再玩这类游戏就没有了热情。

二、游戏的组织，还要讲究一个“变”字——以不变应万变。

（一）巧设陷阱

同一个游戏“发口令，做动作”，一般都是教师怎么发，学生怎么做，最多让一个学生发，其他学生做，偶尔做做反口令，分组进行比赛。做多了，学生的好奇心没有了，游戏就变成了机械操练。如果设几个陷阱，就会有“眼睛一眨，老母鸡变鸭”的效果。趣味性的调节就是教师在做动作的时候，可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的动作，眼神一定要是那种坏坏的，然后突然变成“起立”，让学生产生和教师斗下去的欲望。师生成了“敌人”，而游戏就成了“战争”。把动作和语言结合起来，边做动作边说，动作和口令有时一致，有时不一致。在训练学生对所学知识掌握的同时，还训练了学生的反应能力。

（二）变换速度

随着学生对知识的掌握逐渐加深，训练的速度可以逐渐加快，这不但适合学习的规律，还使原本枯燥的操练重新显出生气，学生逐渐淡化的新奇感又被激起。

（三）奖励机制的运用

在教育中，我们能体会到表扬和激励对学生起的作用比批评更大。在老师的激励下，学生的探索精神更易发挥，更容易学会原本以为很难学的东西。我常常采用口头表扬，认为给学生物质奖励会使他们变得功利，但在同事们的感染下，偶尔尝试奖励，也取得了很好的激励效果。我用小五星激励学生，常常搞得自己整个黄昏剪五角星，有时，一节课奖多了，自己还有点心疼，最重要的是用多了学生还不稀罕了。其实我们可以尝试用加分的方法，注意分值有区别，加分要敏感，时时注意给学生以表扬，让学生得到认可。这样一来，不但让自己得到解脱，更使奖励更具可变性。

（四）以人为本

教育的对象是人，所以教育应当以人为本。在游戏中，教师的神态、语态、眼神、动作是十分重要的，教师要用主持人一般的激情，让每个学生都感觉到老师的召唤。我相信教师只有投入情感，学生才会给予相应的回报。

A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life.

What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future?

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. 今天我要演讲的是我对于英语的学习方法和态度，不需要花太多的时间，只要能够理解就可以了。

我认为，学习英语的方法其实很简单，那些辅导材料只不过就是巩固知识。而我们在巩固知识前，就得学会学习英语。兴趣，记忆力和自信就是我的秘诀。

第一步：兴趣。

兴趣使然，如果你把学英语当成是一种娱乐，一种使你兴趣盎然的娱乐方式。我把英语当做是一种荣耀，一种享受，也把这种荣耀和享受化为自己的优势，弥补其他学科的缺憾。但是，这只是我的方式，也有的人其他方面很优秀。或许，不是学习上的，却也是一种优势。就比如，很多人喜欢玩电脑，就可以把学英语当成在玩电脑，每一次的检测都是打电脑的一关，把自己当成闯关的人，学习的过程，考试是终点，老师就是最后的评委。

第二步，记忆力：

记忆力的好也可以帮助学习，但是死记硬背的方式实在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的兴趣也会被消磨光。所以，可以用一种节省时间，增加兴趣，享受时间的方法。在老师留作业，抄单词或句子的时候，先抄一遍，再根据脑袋里"肯定"的答案在接着继续默写，这样就达到了节省时间着点了。还有在背课文的时候，有些同学们后觉得这些太多了，太难了，简直就是在谋财害命，但老师就是硬要我们被下来，太痛苦了！那么，在这个时候，你可以把被课文当做是在背诗，记歌词，背诗背着背着就顺了，记歌词记着记着就好像是自己在听喜爱的音乐一般，这也有了增加兴趣，享受时间和节省时间了。

第三步，自信：

不论是丘吉尔的"好运"还是海伦`凯特的身体残缺，贝多芬的老年失聪，他们都凭借着自己的努力而成功。当然，在他们最努力的时候才是他们最自信的时候。因为他们都相信自己，才有努力的动力。而我们不论是学英语还是其他的什么科目，相信了自己，才有成功耀眼的那一刻！
